​​​​​To ensure you get the money instantly we pay via bank transfer. We always pay within 24 hours of receiving the item.

We accept tools in any condition, they just need to be in good working order. We test it after receiving it. 
If your tool is covered in scratches, adhesive, plaster etc. It will still be accepted, but the better the condition, the more we can pay you.

We'll send you an courier label. You can print the label   You are responsible for packing. courier guy will come to your place and pickup the parcel also they deliver to us  

However, courier guy does have size and weight limitations, and we accept all tools regardless of size or weight. For larger or heavier items, we may arrange an alternative courier, or a private courier, For local or bulk orders, we also offer collection using our own company van.

For us to accept the tool, it must be in good working order. We test it after receiving it. If we receive the tool and it doesn't work. We will contact you and discuss the options, we can return it to you (at your cost) or we can recycle it for you for free. 

We refurbish your tools after we bought them, including cleaning the tool, inspecting the internal mechanisms, replacing any worn parts. After they have been refurbished we re-sell them with a 12-month warranty. You get paid; we keep the tools in circulation so they don't go to landfill, and someone else gets the pleasure of using your tool knowing that it's been freshly refurbished and has a 12 month warranty. It's a win-win-win for all parties.

You need to send your tools same day or next day of receiving the courier label. If we haven't received your items within 7 days, the offer may no longer be valid, and upon receipt, we may have to adjust the valuation.
